2023 Board Recruitment Announcement
Region IV Family Outreach, southwest Montana’s leading provider of developmental delay and disability services, is seeking volunteer leaders to join its dynamic Board of Directors.
Board members are actively involved in organizational governance. They are expected to attend monthly board meetings generally held on the second Tuesday of each month, be open to participating in subcommittee(s) and related meetings, and attend at least six monthly board meetings in a 12-month period. Board members are elected to four-year terms and are up for re-election at the end of each term.
The board is seeking applicants with a variety of skills, with a strong emphasis on fundraising experience, accounting, human resource, legal, and media expertise, as well as those connected to the local workforce development agency, foundations, organized labor, cultural organizations, and disabilities services. Experience with the disability community is preferred.
The Nominating Committee is accepting applications until April 15th, 2023.
