The link below is Lewis and Clark Public Health’s monthly report with current home visiting openings through The Partnership—a collaboration between Lewis and Clark Public Health, Florence Crittenton, and AWARE. These free programs are high quality, evidence-based, and provided by well-trained nurses, social workers, and parent educators. Their target populations are pregnant women, their families, and children age 0-5 (see attachment for more details). They also have programs to serve children with asthma and pregnant women trying to quit tobacco products. The link includes referral directions.
